In 2026, Wilsum will be celebrating a very special anniversary: 1175 years of Wilsum. One of the highlights of the celebrations will be the big parade on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Clubs, groups, companies, teams and cliques can now register to take part.
The parade starts at Saalbetrieb Ridder and leads to the marquee on Echteler Straße. It starts at 16:00. Whether with an elaborately designed float or on foot - all groups are cordially invited to become part of this special anniversary and celebrate the village's long history together.
The best three floats are awarded prizes:
- 1st place: € 1,000
- 2nd place: 500 €
- 3rd place: 250 €
