The area of responsibility essentially comprises

  • Collaboration in building maintenance and facility management
  • Management of public properties in collaboration with technical staff
  • Coordination of supply contracts
  • Supporting planning procedures and projects
  • Invoice account assignment
  • Protocol service
  • Settlement of claims

The scope of tasks may vary depending on training and previous education and organizational changes.

What do we expect from you?

  • Successfully completed administrative or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Ability to work independently, confident manner and good communication skills, written expression and IT skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, willingness to make decisions and take responsibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and a friendly demeanor
