On Sunday, September 27, 2026, the Hof für Heimatpflege in Itterbeck invites you to its traditional Rural Fall Festival & Flax-Breaking event from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Under the motto “Regional. Colorful. Delicious,” visitors can experience fall with all their senses.
A colorful fall-themed program of activities for the whole family awaits guests at the farm. Demonstrations of traditional crafts offer a chance to discover traditional methods and long-forgotten craftsmanship techniques. A variety of hands-on activities for young and old alike invite everyone to get involved.
One of the highlights of the program is flax breaking, a demonstration of a traditional step in the flax processing. Visitors can also enjoy seasonal delicacies and discover all sorts of things related to the fall harvest.
