In Uelsen, the maypole was once again traditionally erected this year - a visible sign of spring and the strong cohesion in the community. The maypole has always stood for new life, growth and living customs. It was decorated, prepared and finally erected together with great dedication.
Special thanks go to the fire department, who put up the maypole with great dedication and active support. The municipality would also like to thank all the helpers who contributed to the success of this beautiful tradition and thus strengthened the community spirit in Uelsen.
