Day trip organized by the social committee of the municipality of Uelsen
The social committee of the municipality of Uelsen is offering a day trip for all citizens over the age of 65 to the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg and to Bourtange Fortress in the Netherlands.
The number of participants is limited to 48 people and the cost is 55 euros per person.
Program schedule:
08.30 hrs Departure from Nackenbergplatz, Uelsen
10.30 hrs Arrival at the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, guided tour of the shipyard
12.00 hrs Onward journey to Bourtange (NL)
12.30 hrs Arrival in Bourtange (lunch possible at own expense)
17.00 hrs Return journey to Uelsen
18.00 hrs Barbecue together at the barbecue area in Uelsen
Register by 11 June 2026 at the latest at the town hall of the joint municipality of Uelsen by calling Ms Brandt on 05942/209-32.
Note: A valid identity card must be carried during the journey.
