The municipality of Wilsum celebrated its 1175th anniversary last weekend with a big festival. The parade on Saturday afternoon was a particular highlight. "That was fantastic!" said Mayor Holger Schoneveld enthusiastically.
A total of around 950 participants took part, spread across 35 groups. More than half of them even presented their own floats. At the end, the most beautiful floats and most creative foot groups were awarded prizes.
