A prerequisite for employment is a good Realschule diploma with at least satisfactory grades in German, mathematics, and English.
In addition,
- Basic knowledge of standard software programs (e.g., Word and Excel)

- Ability to concentrate, organizational skills, and attention to detail
expected.
The 3-year training program is a dual training program. The practical component takes place at the Uelsen Joint Municipality.
Theoretical knowledge is taught at the Lower Saxony State Study Institute in Osnabrück—where we cover the cost of housing—as well as at the vocational school in Lingen.
