The municipality of Uelsen and the Uelsen Citizens’ Shooting Club are once again inviting residents to a seniors’ afternoon at the fairgrounds this year. After the event received such a positive response last year, all residents aged 65 and older can once again look forward to a fun-filled afternoon.
The event will take place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. and offers guests the opportunity to get together over coffee and cake in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to personal interaction, the focus is above all on fellowship.
Karl-Heinz Determann, better known to many as “Der Vechtertaler,” will once again provide the musical entertainment. With his popular folk songs and pop hits, he’ll create a great atmosphere in the festival tent and provide musical accompaniment throughout the afternoon.
