SIXTY NINE Brings Rock 'n' Roll to the Uel Music Summer on September 5

Visitors can look forward to rock music at its finest on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Uelser Musiksommer. Starting at 7:30 p.m., the band Sixtynine will bring plenty of energy, rich live sound, and a true rock vibe to the market square in downtown Uels. Admission is free.

Since 1996, Sixtynine has been synonymous with authentic, down-to-earth rock ’n’ roll and high-energy live shows. Five friends, a shared passion, and 100 percent live music—with this recipe for success, the band has been thrilling audiences on stages across northwestern Germany for many years.

With a powerful sound, a rousing groove, and plenty of stage presence, Sixtynine brings a true rock vibe to Uelsen. The band combines the raw charm of classic rock with a modern, high-energy performance. The result: a fantastic festival atmosphere and a good dose of fun.

Musically, guests can look forward to a diverse mix of well-known rock classics and modern anthems. The set list includes songs by AC/DC, Foo Fighters, P!nk, Ozzy Osbourne, and Rage Against the Machine, among others. Whether you’re a die-hard rock fan or just love good live music—there’s something for everyone at this concert.

As with all concerts of the Uelser Musiksommer, Sixtynine’s performance will also take place at the fountain in the town center. Admission is free. Anyone who would like to support the development of young musicians is welcome to contribute to the donation box on behalf of the Friends of the Niedergrafschaft Music School. The donations will be used to support music education for children and young people in the region.
