The Uelser Sommer will once again become a stage for music enthusiasts: from June 26 to September 20, the "Uelser Musiksommer" will once again invite you to a varied series of concerts on the Brunnenplatz in the heart of Uelsen. The series of events opens with a special opening weekend, with two concerts on Friday and Sunday to ring in the musical summer. Visitors can expect a varied program on several dates - from orchestral music and choral sounds to acoustic duos, rock and large open-air formats. As usual, admission is free.
"We are delighted to once again be able to present our citizens and the numerous guests with an attractive musical offering in the open air," emphasizes joint municipal mayor Hajo Bosch. "The Uels Summer of Music combines musical diversity with community and a summery atmosphere."
Once again this year, great importance was attached to variety and a broad audience when designing the program. In addition to regional ensembles and familiar formats, new musical accents provide special experiences. A highlight is once again the large open-air concert by the Niedergrafschaft music school and the family program for World Children's Day.
